Field Support IT Engineer

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Field Support IT Engineers to assist customers with day-to-day IT infrastructure, hardware, networking and system-related issues.

The selected candidate will provide on-site technical assistance, troubleshoot problems, support IT installations and help maintain reliable technology environments for customers.

Freshers are welcome: this is an entry-level IT role open to candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical support at customer locations.
Troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues.
Install and configure Windows operating systems.
Install and troubleshoot software applications.
Diagnose basic LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity issues.
Configure and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
Assist with router and network equipment installation.
Support CCTV and other IT infrastructure installations when required.
Perform preventive maintenance.
Record service activities and troubleshooting details.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Communicate professionally with customers.
Travel to customer locations when required.

Preferred background: IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related technical education. However, candidates from other educational backgrounds may apply if they have relevant technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
