These Terms & Conditions govern quotes, purchases, installations and services provided by ItsMyIT (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in #795, 7th Cross, Nagappa Road, Subbanpalaya, M.S. Nagar Post, Bengaluru – 560033. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or engaging our services, you (“customer”, “you”) agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide IT infrastructure solutions, networking & system optimization, printer sales & service, software deployment & technical support, CCTV & security systems, digital display installation, AMC & preventive maintenance, server/rack/data centre management, hardware sales & IT procurement, custom software support, website design & development, digital growth services, and IT staffing solutions. Exact scope, deliverables and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp, email or a formal quote) before work begins.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided via this website, WhatsApp or email are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation after a site visit or detailed requirement discussion, where applicable. Prices for hardware are subject to change based on supplier/market pricing at time of order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms (advance, on-delivery, or milestone-based for larger projects such as custom software or full office rollouts) will be agreed with you before work begins. We do not collect payment details through this website.

4. Installation & Service Visits

You agree to provide reasonable access to your premises for installation, service, or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits, and to ensure a safe working environment for our technicians. Rescheduling requests should be communicated as early as possible.

5. Warranties

Hardware we supply carries the warranty offered by its original manufacturer/supplier, passed through to you; we are not the manufacturer unless explicitly stated. Installation and workmanship on services we perform directly (networking, CCTV, digital display) are covered for a period agreed at the time of service, and communicated to you in writing. Software we build is covered for defect fixes for a period agreed in the relevant project scope — ongoing feature work or unrelated changes are treated as new scope.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the value paid for that specific service or product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profit, except where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

7. CCTV & Surveillance Compliance

Any CCTV or surveillance system we install becomes your responsibility to operate lawfully — including providing appropriate notice to employees, tenants, or visitors, and complying with applicable privacy and surveillance laws for your location and use case. We can advise on general best practice but are not a substitute for your own legal compliance review.

8. Intellectual Property

For web design and custom software projects, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain the right to reuse general methods, non-confidential code libraries, and know-how developed during the engagement in future work for other clients.

9. Cancellations

Either party may cancel a service before work begins with written notice. For work already in progress, you’re responsible for payment of work completed and any non-refundable costs already incurred (such as hardware already ordered on your behalf).

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
