Where we install or service CCTV and surveillance equipment on your premises, that equipment and any footage it records is owned and controlled by you, the customer — not by ItsMyIT. You are responsible for complying with applicable law regarding surveillance, notice to employees/visitors, and footage retention at your site. We may access systems temporarily for installation, configuration, or troubleshooting, and will not retain copies of your footage beyond what’s needed to complete that work.

4. How We Share Information

We may share necessary details with our own technicians or trusted suppliers strictly to fulfil your order (for example, arranging delivery of hardware you’ve purchased). We do not share your contact details with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and customer information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, honour warranties/AMC agreements, and meet our own accounting/legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised where practical.
